1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This core section focuses on the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, followed by manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core sector is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves making the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by the turning crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut billet is then handled by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles any corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet is organized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
After curing, the autoclave products are pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment.
