1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to the autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section ensures the precise processing and meticulous storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) is meticulously fabricated, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section crucial for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, and then transported to the storage yard.
