1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the raw materials are a unique blend of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the magical aluminum powder (aluminum paste), setting the foundation for excellence.

This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of our high-quality raw materials, ensuring the highest standards are met.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This section stands as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a core component ensuring unparalleled quality.

Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. The process includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with state-of-the-art automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This pivotal core section is integral for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and consistency.

In this stage, the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for the concrete plates is crafted, featuring both manual and automatic hanging, complemented by seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes precise demudding by our turning crane. The blank body, paired with the side plate, is expertly placed on the cutting car, where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.

The cut body is elegantly finalized as the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, optimizing material usage.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane, alongside the marshalling ferry car, completes the blank body, ensuring a flawless result.

5. Autoclaving Section

Our expertly assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave by the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart, where constant pressure maintenance crafts durability and strength.

Once cured to perfection, the autoclave products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and directed towards the finished product packaging section, ready for their next journey.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, expertly palletized, and elegantly packed. Our packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, where they await their final deployment.
