1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the quest for superior autoclaved aerated concrete, we meticulously process top-grade raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring perfect quality at every stage.

This essential section is dedicated to the intricate processing and secure storage of premium raw materials, laying the foundation for excellence.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

At the heart of our innovative production line, this section pioneers the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and efficiency.

This cutting-edge section specializes in crafting the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cages) for our concrete plates, complemented by seamless manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and efficient assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Within this pivotal section, we achieve excellence in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, emphasizing unmatched precision and quality.

Expertly constructing the crucial steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for our concrete plates, this section excels in both manual and automatic mesh handling, alongside streamlined assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, laden with billet body, is skillfully demudded using the turning crane, while the side plate and blank body are meticulously placed on the cutting car, where the magic of side, horizontal, and vertical cutting unfolds.

Through the ground turning table, the cutting precision is fine-tuned, ensuring corner waste is efficiently removed and recycled for sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is masterfully handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring smooth transitions in production.

5. Autoclaving Section

Our assembled cakes embark on a transformative journey into the autoclaves, where constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart ensures optimal curing.

Post-autoclave, the cured masterpieces are meticulously extracted and transported to the final packaging section, ready for the world.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Emerging from the autoclave, our distinguished products undergo a precise sorting, palletizing, and packaging process. They are then seamlessly transported to the storage yard, ensuring they reach their destinations in prime condition.
