1. Raw Material Processing Section

The journey begins with the meticulous processing of raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation. Our selection includes high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, premium cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), which are pivotal to the creation of superior AAC products.

This vital section is dedicated to the precise processing and organized storage of raw materials, ensuring consistency and quality at every step.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

At the heart of AAC slab production, this crucial section expertly handles the crafting of the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring durability and precision.

This section is indispensable for crafting the robust steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It facilitates both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This pivotal section stands at the core of AAC slab production, ensuring the foundation of excellence with each slab created.

Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted with precision. It includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, complemented by an efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Witness the transformation as the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding by the crane's graceful turn. The blank body, alongside its side plate, is expertly placed onto the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts sculpt the final product.

The ground turning table plays its part by efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, completing the refined cut body.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is skillfully handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless progression to the next stage.

5. Autoclaving Section

The journey continues as assembled cakes are smoothly guided into the autoclave. With the traction mechanism and ferry cart, they are maintained under constant pressure, ensuring the highest quality of curing.

Once the curing process is complete, the ferry cart efficiently transports the autoclave-cured products to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final touches.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are diligently sorted and palletized. They are then expertly packed and transported by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready to join the storage yard and await their next journey.
