1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This section handles the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This vital section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It fabricates the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for AAC slabs, with processes for manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another crucial section in AAC slab production.
This area manages the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage), manual (or automatic) mesh hanging, and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame holding the billet body is demudded using a crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cutting process is followed by a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the billet body is organized by a marshalling crane and ferry car system.
5. Autoclaving Section
With exacting precision, assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing, the autoclaved products are extracted via a ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packaged, and efficiently transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
