AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The vital ingredients utilized in the manufacture of autoclaved aerated coagulation consist of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). Each plays a crucial role in the creation of robust materials.
This pivotal stage encompasses the preparation and storage of essential raw components.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the central hub for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with finesse and precision.
This phase is dedicated to the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. It includes manual (or automatic) mesh hanging, along with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a critical phase in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is crafted, with options for manual or automatic mesh handling and seamless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Using a crane, the mold frame with the billet body is expertly demolded. The blank body, positioned on the cutting car alongside the side plate, is meticulously shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting formations.
Post-cutting, the transformation table efficiently removes and reclaims corner waste for sustainable reuse.
Subsequent to waste removal, the marshalling crane orchestrates the completed blank body with the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this phase, assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave tanks for sustained pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart. This ensures optimal curing.
Once autoclave curing is finalized, the ferry cart extracts the finished products, delivering them to the packaging section for final touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes emerge pristine from the autoclave. They are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed, followed by a seamless transfer to the storage yard via efficient packaging and conveyor systems.
