AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The primary materials employed in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) are typically sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste, among others. These foundational ingredients ensure the integrity and performance of the end product.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for subsequent production phases.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, pivotal in crafting the essential components.
Here, we expertly fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plates. This process involves both manual and automatic hanging mesh, complemented by efficient automatic circulation within the assembly framework.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section signifies the critical phase for the production of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring optimal quality and precision.
It is dedicated to the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, encompassing manual and automatic mesh handling and seamless automatic circulation within the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame, carrying the billet body, undergoes demudding through a crane turn. The billet is then positioned onto a cutting car, where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting molds the product to perfection.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, contributing to sustainable practices.
Following waste removal, the billet body is expertly handled and completed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless transition to the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
Once assembled, the cakes are guided into the autoclaves' pressure chambers via a robust traction mechanism and ferry cart, guaranteeing stable pressure maintenance for optimal curing.
Upon curing, the ferry cart withdraws the products from the autoclave, transporting them to the final packaging section, ready for distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following their exit from the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then conveyed by sophisticated equipment to the storage yard, awaiting dispatch.
