1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include premium-grade sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These materials ensure top-quality and durability.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation

This critical section forms the backbone of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring impeccable quality.
In this section, we expertly fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes manual (automatic) mesh handling and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This indispensable section is at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring superior performance.
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates, utilizing manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body is de-molded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car for precise cutting molding of the product through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
Post-cutting, the body is refined using a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring zero waste and maximum efficiency.
After waste removal, the blank body is completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for optimal processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are precisely transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the front traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring perfect curing.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring flawless delivery.
