1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) is crafted, whether manually or automatically, and the assembly frame is circulated automatically.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is another critical part of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It involves creating steel mesh (mesh cage), managing manual or automatic mesh hanging, and ensuring the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame carrying the billet body is demudded by a crane turner. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Upon cutting, the ground turntable removes and recycles corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured in the autoclave, the products are transported to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclave-steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packaged, and conveyed to the storage yard by specialized equipment.
