1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the primary raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste, among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of the essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is pivotal to the manufacturing process of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate is fabricated. This includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is also critical for the production of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It focuses on the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the concrete plates, involving both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demolded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The turning table completes the cutting by removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post waste removal, the blank body is managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car for efficient processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclave, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packaged, and conveyed to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
