AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for crafting top-quality autoclaved aerated coagulation products include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for the production journey.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the heart of the production line, dedicated to crafting exceptional autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that meet the highest standards.
Here, the creation of essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) takes place. It involves both manual and automatic processes for hanging the mesh and ensures seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section, integral to producing outstanding autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area is responsible for crafting the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh handling and efficient automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes a demudding process using a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product to perfection.
Any excess is expertly removed and recycled by the ground turning table, optimizing resource use and ensuring a clean final product.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, readying it for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for precise constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the advanced traction mechanism and the ferry cart located at the forefront.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are efficiently extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the designated finished product packaging area.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclave-steamed cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packing. They are then conveyed to the storage yard by sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, ready for distribution.
