AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we harness the natural potential of raw elements like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste). These essential ingredients come together to create the foundation of our innovative products.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these vital raw materials, ensuring the seamless flow of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment represents the heart of our production process, focusing on the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this vital section, we craft the robust steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, elevating production efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is the nucleus of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets precision.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) is meticulously crafted for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with an efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame, now bearing the billet body, is artfully demudded using a crane. The billet body is then expertly placed on the cutting car alongside the side plate, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting culminate in the final product shaping.
Once shaped, the cut body is adeptly managed by the ground turning table, facilitating the removal and eco-friendly recycling of corner waste, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body undergoes final arrangements by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, preparing it for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes embark on a transformative journey into the autoclave tank, where they are meticulously maintained under constant pressure, orchestrated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclaved treasures are gracefully extracted by the ferry cart, then transported to the final stage of packaging, ready to meet the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging fresh from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a sophisticated process of sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then carefully transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, standing primed and ready for distribution.
