1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated concrete, the primary raw materials typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This phase is dedicated to the precise processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This critical segment focuses on the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the highest quality standards.
In this phase, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automated mesh handling and the streamlined circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section represents the heart of AAC slab production, where core processes are meticulously executed.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication for AAC plates is carried out, involving both manual and automatic mesh handling, alongside efficient circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, with the billet body, is demolded using a turning crane. The body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car to undergo precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the billet body is handled by the ground turning table, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste efficiently.
After waste removal, the billet body is managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless subsequent processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transferred into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the preceding ferry cart.
Upon curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the final packaging section, ready for dispatch.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
Classification&Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then conveyed to the storage yard, ready for delivery, by advanced packaging and conveying systems.
