1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section handles the processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section fabricates the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, handles manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and manages the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section crucial for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is instrumental in making the steel mesh (mesh cage) required, managing manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and ensuring the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product is then cut into shape through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is refined further by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
The autoclaved products are then pulled out and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by specialized packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
