AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the intricate journey of creating top-tier autoclaved aerated coagulation blocks, our process begins with the careful selection of raw materials. We meticulously handle essential components like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), curating each element to ensure superior quality.
This crucial stage is designed for the precise processing and efficient storage of critical raw materials, setting the foundation for stellar production outcomes.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section stands as the pinnacle of innovation in our production process, serving as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab manufacturing.
Here, we fashion the intricately designed steel mesh (or mesh cage) indispensable for the creation of our high-quality concrete plates. Whether through manual or automated processes, our system ensures seamless mesh handling and an automated assembly frame circulation that propels efficiency.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is a vital component in our production line, crucial to shaping flawless autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is dedicated to crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our concrete plates, boasting both manual and automated mesh handling capabilities alongside a proficient assembly frame circulation system.
4.Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame, laden with the billet body, is expertly demudded with the assistance of a turning crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is then precisely positioned on the cutting car to undergo meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving the desired product shape.
Once the cutting is accomplished, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material wastage.
After waste extraction, the blank body is skillfully managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, streamlining the production flow.
5.Autoclaving Section
The carefully assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank by the front-end traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance, ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
Post autoclaving, the cured products are deftly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next stage.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed to perfection, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring they arrive in impeccable condition.
