1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring the highest quality output.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of these vital raw materials, guaranteeing consistency and excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring strength and durability.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame for optimal efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section crucial for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring uniformity and quality.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, enhancing productivity.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, ensuring perfect dimensions.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently, maintaining sustainability.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing, ensuring smooth transitions.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, ensuring optimal curing.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring they are ready for the market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their destination in perfect condition.
