1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section handles the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This crucial section underpins the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. This includes manual (or automatic) hanging of the mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates, managing manual (or automatic) mesh hanging, and ensuring the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table is used to extract and recycle corner waste effectively.
The marshalling crane and ferry car then complete the blank body preparation after waste removal.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are introduced into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclave.
After curing, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to storage by advanced packaging and conveying equipment once separated.
