AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the magical process of crafting autoclaved aerated coagulation, the finest raw materials are chosen. These include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
This section stands as the heart and soul of the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production process.
Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (or mesh cage) indispensable for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate. This includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is again the central hub for creating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It serves to produce the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, encompassing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The billet body, cradled within the mold frame, undergoes demudding via the crane's gentle turn. With precision, the blank body and its side plate repose on the cutting car, where the product's cutting and molding—side, horizontal, and vertical—proceeds to perfection.
The ground turning table gracefully completes the process, removing and recycling corner waste with finesse.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body's transformation through an orchestrated dance.
5. Autoclaving Section
In a seamless transition, the assembled cakes journey into the tank, where they're lovingly maintained under constant pressure, guided by the traction mechanism and ferry cart preceding the autoclaves.
Upon curing in the autoclave, these products are extracted by the ferry cart, gracefully advancing to the final destination: the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and seamlessly transported to the storage yard by the adept packaging and conveying systems, ensuring a flawless finish.
