1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the cornerstone materials are sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others. Each of these elements plays a crucial role in crafting a superior quality product that meets exacting standards.

This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring their optimal condition for the production process.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
&Circulation

This section stands as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production, where innovation and precision meet to form the essential framework.

Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. The process includes manual (or automated) mesh handling and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and quality.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This is the critical section that forms the backbone of producing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

In this phase, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is created, involving both manual and automatic techniques for hanging mesh and the assembly frame's automatic circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The precision molding process begins with the mold frame, where the billet body is deftly demolded by the turning crane. The mold, alongside the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous cutting—vertically, horizontally, and laterally—creating the perfect product form.

The completion of the cut body is achieved with precision as the ground turning table effectively removes and recycles all corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Post waste removal, the blank body is efficiently managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining the entire process.

5. Autoclaving Section

The expertly assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave for a meticulously controlled constant pressure maintenance, executed by the efficient traction mechanism and ferry cart. This ensures the integrity of the final product.

Upon the completion of the autoclave curing process, products are gracefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the next stage: the Finished Product Packaging section, ready to meet the world.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The beautifully crafted cakes, having emerged from the autoclave, are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then transported seamlessly to the storage yard, all executed by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for delivery.
