1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the distinguished sphere of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and fine aluminum powder (or paste) are meticulously utilized.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the precise processing and strategic storage of vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the heart of our production process, this section is the cornerstone for crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we expertly create steel meshes (mesh cages) essential for our concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic methods for mesh hanging, while ensuring seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section plays a central role in the production of our superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It's dedicated to the expert crafting of steel meshes (mesh cages) indispensable for our concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, and ensuring automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, infused with a billet body, undergoes demudding via an innovative turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is precisely placed on a cutting car, where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's cutting molding.
The cut body is adeptly finalized through a ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring optimal marshalling.
5. Autoclaving Section
Our assembled cakes are expertly ushered into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the sophisticated traction mechanism and the adeptly positioned ferry cart.
Once autoclave curing is complete, finished products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and swiftly moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard via advanced packaging and conveying equipment, post separation.
