1. Raw Material Processing Section

The fundamental stage of our AAC production process involves the meticulous preparation of raw materials. We harness premium-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, along with aluminum powder or paste, ensuring a solid foundation for superior autoclaved aerated coagulation.

This pivotal section is dedicated to the precise processing and systematic storage of our essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This crucial segment is the centerpiece of our AAC slab production, embodying the innovation and quality that Teeyer stands for.

In this advanced section, we efficiently manufacture the vital steel mesh or mesh cage necessary for our premium AAC plates. This includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section is at the heart of our AAC slab production, where precision and technology converge.

Here, we expertly craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, integrating manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with the meticulous automatic assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes a precise demudding process via turning cranes. The blank body, along with the side plate, is carefully positioned onto the cutting car, where it is masterfully shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.

The expertly cut body is processed using a ground turning table, ensuring the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, embodying our commitment to sustainability.
Following the waste removal, the blank body is meticulously managed by the marshalling crane and strategically positioned by the marshalling ferry car, ready for the next stage.

5. Autoclaving Section

Sophisticated traction mechanisms, located in front of our autoclaves, meticulously guide assembled cakes into the tank, maintaining consistent pressure and quality. Adjacent ferry carts ensure seamless transition and precision.

Upon achieving optimal autoclave curing, products are efficiently extracted by the ferry carts and transported to the final packaging section, ready for distribution.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-autoclaving, the cakes are expertly sorted, meticulously palletized, and securely packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, courtesy of our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for immediate dispatch.
