AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Delve into the intricate world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where each step is a testament to precision. Premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) are meticulously processed to ensure the highest quality.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring a seamless flow in production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the very core of our operations, propelling the creation of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we expertly craft the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process incorporates both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, along with a flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and quality.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section serves as the production's nucleus, crucial for fabricating superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this realm, we sculpt the fundamental steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, paired with the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this pivotal stage, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body is then carefully situated on the cutting car, supported by the side plate. Precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are executed to craft the final product shape with uncompromising accuracy.
The ground turning table is integral in the flawless removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring the cut body is completed with exceptional finesse.
Following meticulous waste removal, the blank body is handled with precision by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, guaranteeing optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unwavering precision, the assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining a steady pressure for impeccable results.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring seamless operations.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and expertly packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
