1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is a pivotal section in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area specializes in creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the slabs, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section crucial for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is designed for the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), including manual and automatic mesh hanging, plus the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired shape.
After cutting, the ground turning table handles the removal and recycling of corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment.
