AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the art of crafting autoclaved aerated coagulation, the foundational ingredients include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the innovative touch of aluminum powder (or paste).
This segment is dedicated to the meticulous handling and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This section stands as the pivotal arena for the creation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the fabrication of steel mesh (or mesh cage) takes center stage, involving manual or automated hanging mesh along with the seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This phase is integral to the genesis of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It serves the purpose of crafting steel mesh (mesh cage), facilitating manual (or automatic) mesh suspension and ensuring the smooth, automated movement of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold frame, laden with the billet body, is deftly maneuvered by a turning crane. The billet, alongside the side plate, is carefully positioned on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product shape.
The masterfully cut body is then processed by a ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Following waste removal, the billet body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, readying it for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precisely assembled cakes are gently guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo a vital period of constant pressure maintenance.
Once cured, the ferry cart skillfully extracts the products from the autoclave, ushering them towards the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. These are then carefully transported to the storage yard, facilitated by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring top-tier handling and delivery.
