AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), we employ a rich blend of premium raw materials including sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) to ensure superior quality.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials, setting the foundation for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the heart of AAC slab production, where innovation meets precision to create high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, utilizing both manual and automated systems for hanging mesh, alongside a seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core element of AAC slab production, dedicated to crafting slabs with unmatched precision and reliability.
Essential steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication takes place here, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh systems, complemented by an efficient automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is expertly de-molded using a crane. It is then placed on a cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving perfect product molding.
Post-cutting, the body is skillfully handled by the ground turning table, removing and recycling corner waste efficiently, ensuring sustainability.
Following waste removal, the billet body is expertly marshaled using a crane and ferry car, ready for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously sent into the autoclaves for constant pressure curing, via a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart arrangement, ensuring optimal product quality.
Once cured, the products are gently extracted by the ferry cart and transported seamlessly to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are methodically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring safe and organized delivery.
