AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section: Unveiling the Origins of Quality
The fundamental components involved in the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation (AAC) are typically sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others. Each of these materials plays a crucial role in establishing the superior quality of the final product.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of all raw materials, ensuring consistency and reliability in the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating: Precision-Driven Engineering
& Circulation: Streamlining Production Flow
As the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless fabrication of high-quality AAC slabs.
This area is specifically designed for the creation of steel meshes (mesh cages) crucial for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh handling, along with the cutting-edge automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: The Core of Creation
This is a critical phase in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the integrity of each slab.
In this section, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates is crafted, employing both manual and automatic mesh handling techniques, alongside the innovative automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section: Precision in Every Slice
Once the mold frame containing the billet body is demudded using a turning crane, the blank body, along with its side plate, is placed on a cutting car. Here, it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final shape.
The completion of the cut body involves a ground turning table that effectively removes and recycles corner waste, maximizing material efficiency.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring streamlined movement to the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section: Succeeding Under Pressure
The pre-assembled cakes advance into the autoclaves where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, courtesy of the traction mechanism and the ferry cart situated before the autoclave.
Upon completion of the curing process, the autoclave-treated products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section, ready for market distribution.
6. Finished Products: The Culmination of Craftsmanship
Classification & Packaging: Precision and Care in Every Pack
After steaming out from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and securely packed. They are then transported with precision to the storage yard, showcasing our commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
