AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials employed in the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation products encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others, ensuring a robust foundation.
This crucial section is dedicated to the processing and meticulous storage of raw materials, setting the stage for subsequent production phases.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This vital section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring efficiency and precision.
In this section, steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. The process involves both manual and automatic mesh hanging, seamlessly integrated with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section forms the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring high-quality output.
Here, the steel mesh (or mesh cage) crucial for the concrete plates is created, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging, supported by the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Once the mold frame is loaded with the billet body, it undergoes a process of demudding by a crane's turning action. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is placed on the cutting car to achieve precise cutting molding through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The ground turning table efficiently completes the cut body by removing and recycling corner waste, promoting sustainability.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring organized progression.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are smoothly conveyed into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, aided by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Once cured, the autoclave-finished products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the steamed cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packaging before being transported to the storage yard, facilitated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution.
