1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and similar essential components.
This section is pivotal for the precise processing and secure storage of all raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This core section focuses on the seamless production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Dedicated to fabricating steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section ensures both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It is crucial for creating steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and ensuring the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is de-mudded by rotating the crane. The blank body alongside the side plate is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to complete product shaping.
Post-cutting, the body is handled by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste.
Once waste is cleared, the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car finalize the blank body setup.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are directed into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the accompanying ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products are subsequently extracted using the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are methodically sorted, palletized, packaged, and conveyed to the storage yard by specialized packaging and transportation equipment.
