AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation, we harness the power of premium raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and carefully selected aluminum powder or paste to craft our signature products.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of our essential raw materials, laying the foundation for our exceptional product quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section stands as the core driver of innovation and precision.
In this advanced section, we expertly fabricate the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Our system supports both manual and automatic mesh handling, seamlessly integrating into the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section again serves as the core powerhouse for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and care.
Essential for engineering the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed in our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section allows for both manual and automated mesh handling, coupled with the smooth automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The transformation begins as the mold frame—laden with billet body—is deftly handled by the turning crane. The blank body, paired with the side plate, is meticulously placed onto the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical incisions shape the product to perfection.
Precision turns practical as the ground turning table completes the process, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability in production.
With waste removed, the blank body undergoes final marshalling, artfully managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for optimal preparation.
5. Autoclaving Section
Embarking on the pressure journey, assembled cakes are gently ushered into the tank by the traction mechanism, ensuring optimal pressure maintenance via the reliable ferry cart system.
After the autoclave curing process, the ferry cart facilitates the smooth extraction of products, guiding them seamlessly to the finishing line for packaging and beyond.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After a meticulous steaming process, our cakes emerge ready for the next phase. Expertly sorted and palletized, they are packed with precision and swiftly transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
