1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This section is pivotal to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates. This involves both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another cornerstone in the production of AAC slabs.
It's utilized for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automated mesh hanging and circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the molded billet body is demolded by the crane, and the blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final shape.
The cut body is then processed on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
After corner waste removal, the blank body is managed and transported by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and ferry cart. This ensures uniform curing.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are moved out by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
