AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In this essential phase of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we meticulously select and process key foundational ingredients including sand, often derived from fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and either aluminum powder or paste.
This crucial phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards for quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This significant segment serves as the core of the process, vital for crafting resilient and durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that stand the test of time.
This segment is indispensable for the meticulous crafting of the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, ensuring efficiency alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A pivotal stage in the creation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, this section ensures precision and quality from start to finish.
This section focuses on the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) critical for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency.
4. Cutting Section
In this methodical phase, the mold frame, bearing the billet body, undergoes a comprehensive demudding process via a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is carefully positioned on the cutting car. It undergoes a thorough cutting procedure—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the desired precision product shape.
The process concludes with the ground turning table, expertly facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring sustainability.
Following efficient waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to the subsequent phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are professionally transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism at the forefront of the autoclaves, aided by the efficient ferry cart preceding it.
Post-autoclaving, the fully cured products are extracted with elegance and precision from the autoclave by the ferry cart, ensuring a smooth transition to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous and thorough sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, packed with precision, and efficiently transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless separation and delivery.
