AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the primary raw materials are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder, or aluminum paste, etc.
This crucial section handles the processing and efficient storage of all raw materials involved.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As a pivotal component in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, this section plays a central role.
This segment is dedicated to fabricating the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes manual or automatic mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
As a core segment, this section is indispensable for the manufacture of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This segment focuses on creating the necessary steel mesh cages for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, supporting both manual and automatic mesh hanging and ensuring seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demolded using a crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is placed onto the cutting car. The product cutting is executed through precise side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
Once cut, the body is processed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling any corner waste.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and the ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave tank by the traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of it for constant pressure maintenance.
Once fully cured in the autoclave, products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are skillfully sorted, palletized, packaged, and then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
