1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is used for the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials, ensuring the highest quality inputs for production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) is fabricated, with options for manual or automatic handling and seamless circulation within the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial section focuses on the precise production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this phase, steel mesh (mesh cage) is crafted, with both manual and automatic handling, ensuring efficient assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's molding.
The ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are conveyed into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclave, products are extracted and transported to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon exiting the autoclave, the products are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard with precision and care.
