1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others. These components are meticulously prepared to ensure the highest quality end product.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of all raw materials, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This crucial section is at the heart of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and consistency.
This section is integral for creating the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes manual (automatic) hanging mesh processes and the automatic circulation of assembly frames for seamless production.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This pivotal section is at the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring each slab meets the highest standards.
This section is essential for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It incorporates manual (automatic) hanging mesh processes and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is carefully demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
Once cutting is complete, the ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Following waste removal, the blank body is efficiently managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, readying it for the next production stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are carefully transferred into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance. This is achieved by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, ensuring uniform curing.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
