AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, our carefully selected raw materials-sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste)-are meticulously processed to ensure the highest quality output.
This phase is dedicated to the precise processing and optimal storage of the essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This pivotal section stands as the heart of our state-of-the-art production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we craft the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging systems, as well as seamless, automated assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment represents the core of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets efficiency.
Within this process, we expertly create the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, ensuring both manual and automated systems for hanging and assembly frame circulation are flawlessly integrated.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, bearing the billet body, undergoes precise demudding via a crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is then expertly positioned on the cutting car, achieving perfect cuts through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
Once cutting is complete, our ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles any corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Post waste removal, the billet body is skillfully handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for further processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are smoothly conveyed into the autoclave tank, where they undergo precise pressure maintenance, thanks to our advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the finished autoclave products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and transported systematically to the final product packaging area.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Having emerged from autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, expertly palletized, and packaged. Our efficient conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring seamless logistics and optimal quality control.
