AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the quintessential raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting addition of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is masterfully crafted to ensure the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these indispensable raw materials, setting the stage for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the vital core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a critical section where groundbreaking innovation harmonizes with precision.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) pivotal for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted with expertise. The process includes seamless manual (or automatic) mesh management and a state-of-the-art system for automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial section, integral to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, transforms magic into tangible reality.
In this dynamic setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) is fabricated with precision. It embraces both manual and automatic mesh handling, complemented by an automated framework circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering elegance comes alive as the mold frame, burdened with the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. The product undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving perfect molding.
The masterpiece emerges as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, championing sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is deftly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, gracefully concluding this stage with finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully guided into the tank for maintained pressure, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically poised before the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge triumphantly, extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a rigorous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and transportation to the storage yard. This is all orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to the storage phase.
