AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Delving into the cornerstone ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation products, this phase involves sand, frequently derived from fly ash, along with lime, cement, gypsum, and the critical addition of aluminum powder or paste.
This essential phase is dedicated to the scrupulous processing and astute storage of an array of raw materials, setting the stage for quality production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment stands as the heartbeat of the process, paramount in crafting resilient autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring their superior durability.
Integral to this segment is the crafting of the steel mesh, or mesh cage, fundamental for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features both manual and automated mesh hanging, coupled with a seamless automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is pivotal in the formation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and quality.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It involves both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with an automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, a turning crane demolds the billet-bearing frame. The blank body, aligned with the side plate, is mounted onto the cutting car for a thorough cutting operation—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—ensuring the product attains its precise shape.
The process culminates with a ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste from the cut body, minimizing environmental impact.
Post waste-removal, the blank body is meticulously finalized using the marshalling crane and ferry car to ensure a seamless transition to subsequent phases.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, the assembled cakes are adeptly transported into the tank, where sustained pressure is expertly maintained by the precision-driven traction mechanism at the forefront of the autoclaves, complemented by an efficient ferry cart.
Once autoclaving is completed, the ferry cart gracefully extracts the cured products from the autoclave, effortlessly transitioning them to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo careful sorting. They are then adeptly palletized, expertly packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying systems after efficient separation.
