AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our innovative autoclaved aerated coagulation products lies in top-quality raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This indispensable section is meticulously designed for the efficient processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section forms the core of the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production process.
This area is dedicated to the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our superior autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It supports both manual and automatic mesh hanging and ensures seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential section is integral to the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is expertly utilized for crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for high-end autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging with efficient circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with billet body, undergoes demudding by a sophisticated turning crane, placing the blank body alongside the side plate on the cutting car. This process achieves the precise cutting and molding of the product through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The expertly cut body is finished with the ground turning table, skillfully removing and recycling corner waste.
Once the waste is meticulously removed, the blank body is deftly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for completion.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transferred into the tank for precise constant pressure maintenance by the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned strategically in front of the autoclaves.
Post autoclave curing, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the products, transporting them seamlessly to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, after being expertly steamed out of the autoclave, are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard with precision by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
