AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically encompass sand, which is often derived from fly ash, along with lime, cement, gypsum, and the vital components of aluminum powder or paste.
This essential phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring the finest quality and consistency for subsequent production stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment forms the core of the entire process, being absolutely crucial for crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
This phase is indispensable for creating the steel mesh or mesh cage required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It incorporates both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and quality.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a pivotal stage in the creation of premium-grade autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and performance.
This section is dedicated to the precise fabrication of essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, involving manual or automatic mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame containing the billet body undergoes demudding via a sophisticated turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes a comprehensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the precise product shape desired.
The process concludes with the ground turning table, which expertly facilitates the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, promoting efficiency and sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the subsequent production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism positioned at the autoclaves, complemented by the efficient ferry cart preceding it.
Post-autoclaving, the meticulously cured products are extracted with finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the final product packaging section, ensuring integrity and quality.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, freshly steamed from the autoclave, undergo a meticulous and precise sorting process. They are then palletized, expertly packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, following efficient separation to maintain quality.
