1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where a symphony of essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting touch of aluminum powder (aluminum paste) come together to craft perfection.
Meticulously designed, this section ensures the precise processing and efficient storage of these indispensable materials, setting the stage for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Welcome to the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation melds with precision to drive success.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated with expertise. The engaging process includes seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling coupled with a state-of-the-art system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
In this pivotal section of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, watch as potential transforms into reality with each step.
In this vibrant environment, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication unfolds with precision, integrating both manual and automated handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame to guarantee consistency.
4. Cutting Section
Witness engineering elegance as the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving impeccable molding.
The masterpiece emerges as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table to effectively remove and recycle corner waste, upholding sustainability.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, culminating this stage with remarkable finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unwavering precision, the assembled cakes are elegantly ushered into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance. This is facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, poised perfectly in front of the autoclaves.
Emerging triumphantly from the autoclave, the cured products are efficiently pulled out by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand reveal.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and packing, followed by swift transportation to the storage yard. Advanced packaging and conveying equipment orchestrate this flawless journey from production to storage, ensuring every detail is perfect.
