1.Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste), and more.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the pivotal section for the fabrication of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is where the creation of the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates occurs, incorporating both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is dedicated to making the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is de-molded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product.
The cut body is further refined by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Following the removal of waste, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart preceding it.
Once cured, the autoclave products are removed by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by the sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment.
