AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Step into the captivating universe of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where the foundation of creation is laid with pivotal raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, infused with an enchanting touch of aluminum powder (aluminum paste) among others.
This section is meticulously crafted for the precise processing and efficient storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring a seamless start to production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the central hub of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a vital section where cutting-edge innovation harmonizes with precision engineering.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage), crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, is artfully manufactured. The process involves smooth manual (or automatic) mesh manipulation and a sophisticated automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
In this pivotal section, the transformation from raw material to hard concrete becomes a reality, a place where the metamorphosis is truly magical.
Within this dynamic arena, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with exactitude. It combines both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring flawless results.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, engineering brilliance comes alive as the mold frame, along with the billet body, is expertly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. The product undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve impeccable molding.
The masterpiece unfolds as the cut body is adeptly managed by the ground turning table to effectively remove and recycle corner waste, promoting sustainability and efficiency.
Following waste removal, the blank body is skillfully maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with unmatched precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unparalleled precision, the assembled cakes are elegantly introduced into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by a traction mechanism and ferry cart, both expertly positioned in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge gloriously, extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section, primed for their grand reveal.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes embark on an intricate journey of sorting, palletizing, and packaging, followed by efficient transportation to the storage yard. This entire process is orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless transition from production to storage.
