1. Raw Material Processing Section: Where Excellence Begins
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the finest materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) come together, forming the cornerstone of superior quality.
This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of premium raw materials, ensuring their readiness for the next steps of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating: The Backbone of Strength & Circulation

This section is the heartbeat of our production line, dedicated to crafting durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, precision-engineered steel mesh (mesh cage) is meticulously crafted for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Experience both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside a seamlessly automated assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: The Foundation of Excellence
This pivotal section is central to creating robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring every slab meets the highest standards.
Through expert craftsmanship, steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for concrete plates is produced with precision, supporting both manual and automatic hanging and circulation.
4. Cutting Section: Precision in Every Slice
Our precision-engineered mold frame, once loaded with the billet body, undergoes meticulous demudding via the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is expertly set on the cutting car, achieving cutting perfection through side, horizontal, and vertical techniques.
The cut body is then adeptly managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste materials.
Once waste is expertly removed, the blank body is precisely completed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, achieving optimal arrangement.
5. Autoclaving Section: Pressure-Perfected Innovation
The perfectly assembled cakes are smoothly ushered into the autoclave tanks by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring consistent pressure maintenance for optimal results.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart, seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring pristine condition.
6. Finished Products: Perfection in Every Package
Classification & Packaging: Accuracy and Efficiency in Every Step
Freshly autoclaved, the cakes are expertly sorted, carefully palletized, and meticulously packed. With precision, they are then transported to the storage yard through advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring their excellence is preserved.
