1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated concrete production include premium sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This crucial section is at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It is responsible for fabricating steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This pivotal section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates, including manual and automatic mesh hanging, and the seamless automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body is demolded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product shaping process.
The ground-turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste from the cut body.
Post-waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body's preparation.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are retrieved by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, packing, and are then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
