AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the intricacies of the autoclaved aerated coagulation process, where we meticulously transform high-quality raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, alongside aluminum powder (aluminum paste) into foundational components.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring seamless production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Acting as the core of our operations, this section powers the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this stage, we expertly fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This incorporates both the finesse of manual and the efficiency of automatic hanging mesh techniques, paired with a seamless, automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the epicenter of our production line, fundamental in crafting top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we skillfully assemble the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging methods, complemented by the automated circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
During this stage, the mold-loaded billet body undergoes deft demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, securely supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Here, accurate side, horizontal, and vertical cuts sculpt the final product shape with precision.
The ground turning table is vital in the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, culminating the cutting process with precision and care.
Following waste removal, the blank body is handled skillfully by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results with precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart. Maintaining constant pressure ensures flawless, high-quality results.
Once the curing process is complete, the autoclaved products are expertly retrieved by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, and packed with precision. They are then transported to the storage yard, facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment.
