1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to the autoclaved aerated concrete production process typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste).
This section handles the meticulous processing and systematic storage of the essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is pivotal to the fabrication of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and quality.
Here, we create the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automatic mesh hanging systems, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This division is crucial for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the creation of the steel mesh (mesh cage) required, incorporating manual (automatic) hanging mesh and an automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, complete with the billet body, is demoulded by the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where the product undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the precise mold.
The ground turning table finalizes the cut body, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body is systematically completed using the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously sent into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclave-treated products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring organized and efficient logistics.
