1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the initial phase of autoclaved aerated concrete production, we meticulously prepare and process raw materials like sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), ensuring the finest quality for exceptional end products.
In this crucial phase, raw materials undergo precise processing and are securely stored, setting the foundation for top-tier product quality.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
Here lies the heart of our operation, where autoclaved aerated concrete slabs take shape with precision and care.
In this segment, we expertly fabricate the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process includes manual or automatic mesh handling and an advanced automatic assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This crucial phase is where the magic happens, turning raw materials into robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Our state-of-the-art process involves crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for superior autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh systems, complemented by an advanced automatic assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting section
Using cutting-edge crane technology, the mold frame, complete with a billet body, undergoes demudding. Next, the blank body and side plate are expertly placed on the cutting car, where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the final product.
With precision, the ground turning table skillfully removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and environmental impact.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is seamlessly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, optimizing the production flow and product quality.
5.Autoclaving section
The completed cakes are expertly guided into the autoclave for rigorous constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart system, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
Upon completion, the autoclave-cured products are meticulously extracted and transported to the finished product packaging section, maintaining product excellence and efficiency.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the finished cakes undergo careful sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then expertly transported to the storage yard by our efficient packaging and conveying systems, ready for delivery.
