1. Premium Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste). These ingredients are processed meticulously to ensure top-notch quality.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
2. Automated Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This segment is the heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring consistency and accuracy in every slab.
This section is responsible for crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It incorporates both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and an advanced automatic circulation assembly frame.
3. High-Precision Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and quality.
This section is also crucial for creating steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Advanced Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving the product's final form.
The cut body is then processed on the ground turning table for the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body is completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless production flow.
5. Autoclaving Perfection Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the tank for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart. This process ensures the highest quality and durability.
The autoclave-cured products are expertly pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section for final steps.
6. Finished Products Mastery
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
