AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embark on the autoclaved aerated coagulation journey, where we meticulously attend to the processing of premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), crafting the foundation for excellence.
This crucial section is dedicated to the exact processing and organized storage of our invaluable raw materials, ensuring a seamless start to an impeccable production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section forms the heartbeat of our operations, propelling the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and efficiency.
In this area, we skillfully construct the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, alongside a flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core of our production line, crucial for manufacturing premium-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, complemented by the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product to perfection.
The ground turning table plays an essential role in the meticulous removal and recycling of corner waste, finalizing the cut body with precision.
Following waste removal, the blank body undergoes precise handling by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal outcomes.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous attention to detail, the assembled cakes are smoothly conveyed into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure for impeccable results.
Upon completion of curing, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transferred to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
